These Dark Chocolate Muffins were the opening of my new oven (electric, with fan). Or should I say ovenwarming, as in housewarming? Anyway, it was about time, hope this is the begininning of a productive collaboration!
Congratulations on your new oven! These dark chocolate muffins look so yummy!! Is your oven a convection oven? (You mentioned a fan, so I was wondering--if so, you'll love it--that is what we have.) :)
@ Jill: yes, it's a convection oven (I couldn't quite reach the word in my mind while posting!!) I'm loving it already, last night I could bake three pizzas simultaneously, yeeeeah!!
@Laura: follow the link and you'll find the recipe in the Baking Bites blog. It's true what she says, you have the impression they could get easily dry if overbaked, but I was lucky (180°C/375°F, convection on, 15')
